Shipping Information

All our orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Staffordshire. For non-bundle orders, we use Royal Mail 48. For six-bottle bundle orders, we use Royal Mail Tracked 48 to ensure a safe delivery. Your order will be delivered within 3 working days. Any order placed before 15.30 will be dispatched on the same day. 

We ship internationally. The shipping cost and time depend on the country. If your destination country is not among the shipping options, please email info@theia.bio.  

How Do I Check the Status of My Order? 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us which will include a tracking number. If you haven’t received your order within a week of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@theia.bio with your name and order number. We shall address your enquiry within 24 hours.
